Construction projects often involve multiple stakeholders, scattered communication channels, and complex coordination. Build2Trade was designed to bring every critical workflow into one intuitive mobile platform. This UX/UI case study demonstrates the process behind designing a product that enables builders and tradies to collaborate more efficiently through project management, quotation handling, real-time messaging, and streamlined mobile interactions. The project includes user research, UX strategy, wireframes, design systems, high-fidelity mobile interfaces, and desktop dashboard exploration.
